Planetary Herbals Yellow Dock Skin Cleanse combines the primary botanicals from both Western and Chinese herbal traditions that have been used for centuries to enhance the eliminative processes of the skin. Together, these botanicals help facilitate this process, forming one of the finest herbal cleansers available from two continents.
2 tablets twice daily between meals.
Dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, silica, and modified cellulose gum.

Really difficult to swallow.

These tablets are not in a casing and they're big which makes them hard to swallow. I have been taking them for just under a month now and am seeing my adult acne clear up. I take it with burdock root, liver detoxifier, DIM, Vitex and zinc.

got these for my husband's shingles outbreak. These didn't really work for that. May be more for acne type skin issues.
stomach ache and sudden periods. not for me(((

its difficult to jurge how effective or good this stuff is. intended to take it with burdock root, but stopped after two portions cause i felt unwell and my stomach was aching. on the second day periods came... no more experimenting.
