The Benefits of Coenzymated Sublingual Vitamins
In order for vitamins to be utilized by the body, they must first be converted into their active coenzyme forms. Sublingual Coenzymated B-1 goes directly into your bloodstream in its active form, ready to go to work immediately. This avoids the loss that may occur not only during digestion, but during the liver's conversion process as well. Thiamin diphosphate (TPP), also called thiamin pyrophosphate (TPP) or cocarboxylase, is the active, coenzyme form of vitamin B-1.
1 tablet daily. Place tablet under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly, altering the position of the tablet to avoid prolonged contact with the same area.
Sorbitol, mannitol, sodium citrate, natural peppermint flavor, and magnesium stearate.
Note: If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product.
Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.

Best form of B1
Best form of B1
I use this product to protect the myelin sheath of the brain and spinal cord. Is an excellent preventative and also used by some sufferers of MS. Highly bioavailable and easy to use; esp for those with swallowing issues.
Undoubtedly the best form of B-1 to take.

too many additives that are bad for the gut

I ordered this before I realised it had sorbitol and mannitol which both wreck my gut. Nasty!!! I will stick with benfotiamine which seems to work well for me

I bought it for my son, to try to heal his nerve from autism. He takes 8 tabs a day. I don't know if that make a different or not, but together with many other things, my son is progressing. I think it takes more time to heal brain and nerves. Don't see any bad side effect so far, will continue to use it in the long run.
