Good, Economical Source of Flax

As stated, Flax seed oil is an ideal vegetarian (non-fish) source of omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFA's. While a "serving" is listed as 6 softgel tablets, we take just one per day to assist with controlling our cholesterol - of course this also requires other dietary & exercise measures as well. In addition, we also use Source Naturals, ArcticPure EPA, 500 mg, Lemon Flavor, Softgels & ground flax meal. Neither one has a noticeable after taste & are easy to swallow.

Good way to get Omega 3!
This is a good product for a good price! This does not cause a bad aftertaste after taking either.
