Vitamin K2 exerts a more powerful influence on bone than does vitamin K1. Vitamin K2 is a series of molecules known as menaquinones. The most common and well studied of the menaquinones is MK-4. Thorne's vitamin K2 is MK-4.
Vitamin K2 appears to offer significant benefit for supporting bone health. Although much of the vitamin K2 research has been conducted on postmenopausal support for bones, because vitamin K2 does not have any estrogenic effects, vitamin K2 also offers bone support for other populations, including anorexics, dialysis patients, individuals with Parkinson's disease, those who have cirrhosis of the liver, individuals who have had a bone marrow transplant, those immobilized after a stroke, and individuals on chronic steroid therapy.
Thorne's Vitamin K2 Liquid supplies 1 mg of vitamin K2 per drop. Research shows doses up to 15 mg three times daily may be used.
Take 15 drops one to three times daily or as recommended by your health-care practitioner.
Medium chain triglyceride oil, mixed tocopherols.

I can't emphasize how important vitamin K2 is to our body. One of the main reason why I started taking K2 supplements is due to atherosclerosis(hardening of arteries walls), which can be caused by calcification of the arterial walls. Vitamin K2 is amazing simply because it can reverse the damage done by arterial calcification; vitamin K2 is used in Japan to treat severe arterial calcification. What K2 does is redirecting the calcium inside our body to the correct places ie bones instead of letting the calcium build up on the arterial walls. I can testify that after taking Thorne's vitamin K2, I felt so much better. I must admit that I am currently on a few supplements but the addition of this simply made me feel a whole lot of difference. Concerning the price tag, if you were to look at the nutrition label, each drop of liquid is worth 1mg of vitamin k2, and each bottle contains 1200 drops. Now for referencing, most vitamin K2 caps contain only 100mcg per caps. So basically just one drop of this is equivalent to 10 capsules worth of K2! My daily intake is around 9 drops, split into thrice daily(3x3drops). Something to note is that vitamin K2 does not stay long in the body so taking the dose throughout the day is actually much more beneficial for the body.
Been using it for a couple of years now

I have found that it has helped with remineralisation of my teeth. I had a very sensitive tooth a year ago, which is when I started this K2 and since I started I have not had any tooth issues. I am concerned that the dosage on the bottle (15 drops) is very high and take 1-2 drops a day.

Though expensive, it is value for money compared to other brands. I use only 1 drop a day for myself and family members. Expiry date a bit short, not able to finish the previous one before it expires. Though only has MK4 no MK7 still good to have some form of K2. Use it mainly for preventive maintenance.

It is too soon to give review regarding the effectiveness of vitamin K2 supplement. But first think from the label, it is not clear which form of the vit. K2 the supplement provides – MK-4 or MK-7. Second – if it is 15drops=15mg of MK-7, this is way too much. The daily recommended dose for MK-7 is 120mcg for males and 90mcg for females. So according to the instructions 15drops = 15000mcg or if we take them 3 times daily there will be 45000mcg. Sure there are different individual cases and needs for vitamin K2, but I do not think anybody needs that much. And the supplement is already extremely expansive. So I would say before spend that much money, make sure how much you need. For prophylactic I am planning to take 1 drop per day (which is already 1000mcg), but at the same time I am not sure if this is MK-4 or MK-7, or combination of both. That’s’ why I said we spend money on something that we are not sure what is it – is it MK-4 or MK7? If it is MK-4 we need 45mg daily, which is 3 times 15 drops…..iHERB, what you guys selling exactly?
