Stovetop Cooking Instruction:
Put one package of pasta into 4.5 quarts (4.26 liters) of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt (if desired). Stir occasionally and cook medium-high on range for 15-16 minutes♦ or until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with cold water for a superb texture. Drain well. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favourite pasta recipes, in hot soup, in salad, stir-fried, or casserole. Use it as you would like any regular pasta. The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking.

Easy and Energy Saving Cooking:
Cook 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water and stir gently .
Switch off stove. Cover pot for about 20 minutes. Ready to serve.

Don't be expecting these to be like regular wheat spirals, or you will be disappointed. They are softer and chewy in texture. They are a lot like the Korean rice cakes, tteok (or ddeok) - which I absolutely love! - but healthier as these are made from brown rice. Wonderful with pesto sauces - the sauces cling very well to the sticky pasta. I also have great success in stir-frying the cooked spirals in oriental/chinese/korean fashion. Very satisfying. Already ordered many more!

I've tried many gluten free pastas, even ones from Italy, and other Tinkyada gluten free products, this for some reason is by far the best! No gooey or gummy, mushy residue when cooking, cooks normally like regular pasta, tastes amazing like most Tinkyada products, and swells up to nice and big spirals. Love it.

I tried these for the first time for dinner and was pleasantly surprised how good they tasted and the texture was great. Easy to cook too! Put into boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes and then stand for 16 minutes. I will buy these again!

This pasta us just great, tasty, very easy to make. The tast is just like regular pasta but its made of browen rice therefor healthier. Really like it!
