Easy and Energy-Saving Cooking:
Cook 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water and stir gently.
Switch off stove. Cover pot for about 16 minutes. Ready to serve.
The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking.
Stovetop Cooking Instruction:
Put one package of pasta into 4.5 quarts (4.26 liters) of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt (if desired). Stir occasionally and cook medium-high on range for 13-14 minutes^ or until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with cold water for a superb texture. Drain well. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favorite pasta recipes, in hot soup, in salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would like any regular pasta. The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking.

I made the switch to gluten free because of hubby's diagnosed gluten allergy and was really happy to find this brand of pasta. It's more nutritious, more flavourful than regular pasta and most importantly, doesn't give hubby issues. Other brands of gluten free pasta we tried were really disappointing, with gummy textures, uneven cooking and cardboard like flavours. Ugh. Texture for GF pasta is really important and I find this brand to be reliable.

포장지에 써있는 그대로 끓는물에 1-2분, 불꺼서 뚜껑 덮고 16분 익혔더니 너무 푹퍼지네요. 현미라서 그런지 너무 익힌건진 모르겠는데 좀 시간을 줄여서 익혀봐야겠어요
