Good for your stomach
Good for your stomach
It's a not very well known Chinese wisdom to chew ginger in the morning (never do it at night). It's good for your digestive system and the benefits are indeed not limited to that. Please look for more info in the internet. I drink ginger tea as an alternative. TM is of high quality. I have re-ordered 3 boxes.
No flavour or taste also contains stevia - why?

I love ginger tea, but this tea has no taste of ginger whatsoever. I would make a cup but only get half way through as it just didn't sit well with me, after about 3-4 cups I checked out the ingredient listing - contains stevia. Not happy about that but I probably should've looked at the ingredient listing more thoroughly. This does not "aid" my stomach in fact it makes it worse so Iam returning to traditional medicinals plain ginger tea.
Very good herbal tea

This tea is really helpful to ease bloating stomach as it rids gases effectively. It stops stomach upset quite immediately. Not too spicy or strong.
Delicious and warming

Love this tea! My digestion is ok already so I can't comment on that part, but I do love the ginger flavor.
