i usually take the twin lab super ascorbate c daily but this time it was sold out on herb. i purchased this as a replacement and had to throw it away…yes its that bad! my husband and i could not tolerate the taste it is DISGUSTING! the foul taste lefts us feeling nauseated. i will never buy this again and will stick to the super ascorbate which is a great product.
Helps to keep the immune system strong.

This does not taste good, you must take it with juice. It does not dissolve well, unless you put it in a shaker bottle & shake hard. I'm sure it works, but I had certain expectations based on the description.
