Let's be frank. If you are looking for a miracle slimming product, this is not it. If you are looking for a great tasting peppermint tea that might help you feel fuller, thus eating less, this tea might be for you. I initially bought this tea years ago not because of the "slimming" bit but because I love peppermint tea. The peppermint helps, but this tea isn't the best tasting...It's a laxative afterall! An added benefit when drinking teas is that, when you drink enough of it, you feel fuller and thus you are less likely to munch on junk food. If it helps to speed up your metabolism- great- but eitherway you're getting a great tea at an excellent price. SEE MY Profile for tips, deals, mroe.
