Prior to this review I gave 5 stars. I regret. This supplement, and every other one daily supplement from this firm contains Chromium chloride which is POISON. LOOK http://www.livestrong.com/article/324889-chromium-chloride-side-effects/ DO NOT BUY THIS ! DO NOT BUY THIS ! DO NOT BUY THIS! It also contains Selenium as sodium selenate which is pretty much carcinogenic, and magnesium oxide which is useless etc.....
