Good for low carb diets

This is good because it only has 1g Carbs and 5 calories per sachet. However, as a result the taste is very 'sugar free' and I only mix with a little water to retain the flavour

It is perfect to give a little kick in the morning if you feel a little tired. It helps to fight a cold as well. Good product
