The quinoa in this bar adds a nice crunch and an airy texture. I appreciate that Alter Eco is fair trade and works with smaller community co-ops. The bar also has a silky texture, which counterbalances nicely with the crunch. I would certainly order again.

This was a nice chocolate to nibble on a piece at a time. Great for after dinner with a cup of tea.
