This was recommended by a friend. I didnt like it though. The taste was very unpleasant even when I tried many variations of masking the flavor. I ended up throwing away more than half of the box.
Good in baking

I haven't used these as a hot cereal, but use in baking as an oat substitute (nut bars and the like) and find it works really well. I can't tolerate oats so this is a good substitute for me.

I use this in recipes that call for it. I prefer quinoa flour. But both products are aided (in reducing bitterness) by toasting in oven for 2 1/4 hr at 212 degrees.

Personally not the biggest fan of the taste, but it did what the package said

I've mixed the flakes with my oatmeal and enjoy this so much...

This was average, I think everyone needs to try it, because on this all tastes are different.

I love these Organic Quinoa flakes! However, I have just realised I can get them much cheaper from my local supermarket (hence the 4 stars), so will buy them from there from now on. Still a great product and very handy for gluten free baking. Quinoa is the only grain/seed (whatever it is exactly) that is a complete protein, so it's perfect for vegetarians!
