I did do research before I purchased this product and came to find this product is one of the purest forms of Omega3 in the industry. But, let me warn you that this does not taste very good at all...I don't even taste the apple flavoring. So every morning I have to pinch my nose, swallow a teaspoon and drink something flavored to get the taste out of my mouth. I would rather this than take 8 pills throgout the day. :) Other than that I do love this product!
