Mild Dermabrasion

I use the Avalon Organics Exfoliating Enzyme Scrub with my Clairsonic Brush in the shower. It creates a mild dermabrasion that sloughs off all the dead skin cells and leaves my skin smooth and glowing. I've got sensitive skin and this does not cause any negative reactions.
