The smell is like citrus. When I rub this balm on my shoulder,I feel warm on my shoulder. The feeling isn't bad at all. But it also irritates my skin as acid sometimes. If you have scratch or/and cut on your hands or affected area, If you have any allergies, I don't recommend this product.

It doesn't burn at much as Tiger Balm and is soothing and warm. I use it all the time in my massge practice for sore spots.

My other favourite of Badger balms (besides the lavender&bergamot sleep balm). Eases muscle pain immediately and warms skin&muscles nicely, and the heat stays on quite long! I will definitely buy this again :)
