I am very gratful that I don't have to live with knee pain any longer,since taking Bell Shark Cartilage.I take 4-6 capsules a day now for maintanance.

I gave four stars because of the smell.... other than that it works as the directions state. I am 52 yr old female and have for the past 2 years have aches and tightness in right lower back. I have taken 3 bottles and still have a little tightness but I do notice it is beginning to feel better week after week. I am on the 4th bottle taking 4 capsules per day. I would recommend. It is slow working but then again I have had this back ache for 2 years so I don't expect it to go away over night.

My mother uses this for joint pain due to arthritis and it helps her tremendously.

I buy these for my mother who has arthritis in her ankles, finger and hips. She used 3 bottles as directed by BELL Labs and did feel relief from pain and stiffness so she is continuing on a maintenance dose of 2-3 capsules a day.

The product is being used by my wife and her pain seems to have eased after taking this product.
