I drink protein shakes for meal replacement weight loss and I love to add a scoop of PB2 - it is delicious!

tasty for low-fat

I don't find the powdered version to be as satisfying as regular peanut butter, but it is a nice, low-fat alternative. Also works great to make Thai peanut sauces.
