I believe, that Foliate is one of the most important ingredients for intestinal, and digestive protection. I feel armed against cancer, when I say Foliate... I hope, this is a hood Manufacturer, because the introduction by IHerb was great! IHerb I trust Exelerated those for some, who have some problem. This is why I'm adding it to my B complex
