Helps reduce blood pressure some, not a great deal. Have to take B/P medication along with it so I don't have to increase the dosage. I take 2 in a.m. and 2 p.m. with 1 L-Arginine and magnesium

Not easy to take, very big capsules. Have to chew them first to swallow.
