I found this product to help the most with calming my anxiety and lessening depression. All around I just felt better. I did, however, have more headaches. I am not sure if that is directly related to this product or not.

My husband drinks this every day for break at work. Says it really gives him a boost and he hasn't been sick with any colds for a year. Having cancer surgery two years ago and radiation last year, we wanted to try this to help support his immune system. We have been pleased. Also, the chocolate mixes easier than the vanilla.

I like this powder as it mixes easily. It does not contain glutamates as many whey products do. I must say that it is not very chocolatey--it is more like vanilla. So I add organic cocoa powder to it and it tastes very good.
