Bluebonnet makes really good products. This lecithin is high potency. Great for liver health, it helps with the digestion of fats. I recommend it.

For many years, I have taken soy lecithin for my high cholesterol and family history of heart disease and atherosclerosis. Lecithin, specifically phosphatidyl choline, appears to have the ability to disperse cholesterol in the blood, thus keeping it from sticking to the walls of our arteries. In doing this, lecithin may help prevent atherosclerosis. I had used the Bluebonnet brand exclusively until recently when I bought two bottles of another brand. What a difference in potency between the two! Bluebonnet is a high-potency supplement. Don’t just look at the mg of lecithin per serving. Look at the mg per serving of each component, especially phosphatidyl choline and linoleic acid.
