I've been taking Bluebonnet Nutrition products, including Pantothenic Acid for a few weeks. The pills are not too big and easily digestible. My system seem to take them in well.

I open a capsule every morning and sprinkle a little of the powder in a dab of my face moisturizer and apply to my face. I then take the rest of the capsule. It seems to do wonders for my skin and hair. It also seems to be a mood lifter as well.

Great for Zapping Allergies
