Excellent product. It contains optimal levels of just about everything most of us need to take. I bought this product because I hate swallowing tons of different supplements. With this product, I only have to add extra doses of specific nutrients. For full benefit, it needs to be taken 3 x daily. I don't have trouble swallowing it as I often do with some huge multi-supplements.
