These are small, easy pills to take just once a day, and I know I am getting a quality resource of D3 from Bluebonnet, a company whose products I highly trust to always be top quality. I recommend their other products as well.

One of our eminent physicians Dr. Zorba Pasteur says that everyone should be taking 1000 IU of Vitamin D3 a day. Bluebonnet is such a great company. I find this suppliment really helps. I started my parents on it as well. My mom had a blood test recently and her D levels were great.
