My dietician advises to add lecithin in a food. It is useful for a liver. Bob's Red Mill lecithin I buy the first time. On taste normal, but granules in the majority have turned to a powder, however to me it isn't important. And I don't know it is GMO or not GMO product.

This is the first time I've tried soy lecithin and I like it. The taste is quite nutty and it's excellent mixed in muesli for breakfast. I couldn't locate soy lecithin granules in Sydney and I was happy to find it on iherb. Easy ordering process and quick delivery.

Great product! I use this to replace the fat in my bread machine recipes. Breads come out softer!
Great in shakes!

I haven't had the chance to test it more then in shakes. But it really does wonders!
