I did not even pre-soak as long as was recommended, but the result was a hearty and delicious soup.

Delicious and full of protein!

I use these beans as part of my daily eating habits. I am practicing the Slow Carb diet produced and marketed by Tim Ferriss. These beans give a healthy dose of protein and fiber in one serving!

liked 15 bean soup mix better
