    Delicious and nutritious product.

In addition to being gluten free and suitable for people with celiac disease and gluten intolerance, these beans are a great source of vegetable protein, dietary fiber, folic acid (vitamin B9), thiamin (vitamin B1), vitamin B6, riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), manganese, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, potas sium, copper, calcium, zinc, selenium, phytosterols, antioxidants and flavonoids, and are beneficial for people suffering from diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, cardiovascular conditions, heart disease, gastritis, acid reflux, nausea, indigestion, osteoporosis, arthritis, rheumatism, and even cancer: they help stabilize blood sugar and regulate insulin levels, prevent blood spikes keeping you full longer, aid digestion, flush toxins out of the body, prevent heartburn and acid reflux, soothe the stomach lining, reduce colon inflammation, normalize blood pressure, lower triglycerides and LDL or "bad" cholesterol levels while increasing HDL or "good" cholesterol, protect against strokes, atherosclerosis and peripheral arterial disease, boost and strengthen the immune system, help maintain healthy bones, joints, teeth, and nails, and even reduce the risk of cancer. I love these beans: not only are they delicious and great in different soup recipes, they also help normalize my cholesterol levels and blood pressure. It's a great product and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a healthier diet.

These beans are smaller than cannellini beans (white kidney beans), but these also have the label "white kidney beans" on the package but are much more affordable - yay! They taste pretty much the same as the larger cannellini beans but cook faster.
