Both my kid and I like this product. It's tasty and crispy, goes well with organic jam or margarine. It contains corn product, may not be suitable for those avoiding corn.

I can make GF pancakes for the whole family and they think it's regular pancake mix.

The best gluten free pancake you will find!

These are even better if you add something into the batter to spice them up a bit like chocolate chips or fruit. If you are missing pancakes this is probably the best substitute you will find. Use an ice cream scoop to make smaller pancakes which helps take away from that heaviness they tend to have. Also try to get the consistency a bit runny with a little extra water (VERY LITTLE) than the recipe asks for. It helps make them thinner, cook more even and improves the taste/texture by allowing butter to permeate better. These are pretty economically priced considering how many pancakes you can make from them, highly recommend it to people with gluten allergies.
