I have loved barley since I was a child, yummy chewy goodness. I prepare it for soups - here is a tip, don't cook it in the soup, after it's cooked, add it to your bowl, then spoon the soup over it. It'll keep the soup from getting too starchy. Barley is also great topped with some sauteed veggies and a fried egg. I also eat it for lunch mixed with a little olive oil. iHerb has great prices for BRM barley, better than WF bulk prices.
