Doesn't taste anything som you can use it in/with whatever pleases you. Mixes good with liquid (especially if you add it into just a little liquid first and stir, before adding the rest), and works really good with baking.

This is the first soy protein I've tasted and prefer it very much to rice protein. It tastes more wholesome, isn't grainy and doesn't have any sort of funky taste. Mixes great in oatmeals and smoothies.
Pretty flavourless-- and that's a good thing!

Because this is so mildly flavoured, you can use it in just about anything-- add some cocoa and make yourself a protein drink, dump it in a fruit smoothie for some added protein without the milky effect, or my personal favourite: adding some elasticity to homemade gluten-free bread.

This product mixes very well in liquids. I also use it for stews. This is the second time I have ordered it, and will continue to do so.

I can't seem to fault this. Although jarrow's soy bucket seems slightly more refined, can't be sure though.
