Great flour for gluten free baking!

I use sorghum flour as part of an all-purpose flour mix I make to prepare gluten free baked goods. Mixing the flours with sorghum far exceeds using plain rice flours! iHerb delivered it fast and securely!!

I love Bob's Red Mill gluten free flours and mixes, they are easy to work with and at a reasonable price, they fit in my budget.

Being a celiac this is a must have in our house. The flour is great in cookies.

I use a lot as it is called for in my gluten free bread recepies. Makes a good loaf of bread.
