Although this is a very brief guide to taking L-Tryptophan,it is still informative and helpful.A great introduction to people taking L-Tryptophan for the first time.

This little book can really change your life! Sleep affects many aspects of our being....and well-being. Fix this....and you will have fixed a list of issues.

I liked the book---it told me what I already knew from research elsewhere. I learned about L-Trytophan from a book: The Mood Cure which I sourced from reading an iHerb review.
