this was a moderately helpful book - there are so many autoimmune problems that a lot of the book was irrelevant to me, at this time, anyway. If I develop any other strange or unexplained medical issues, I'll be checking here to see if it might be another autoimmune thing.

This book was for me and it has helped a little. I have neuropathy and no Doctor can tell me why, there is very little about the pain and numbness that goes with this disease in the book.
