These are no longer non-GMO!! I spoke with Tim, quality control manager at Carlson's: he said they have not been GMO-free for Quite A While (assume several years since GMO soy planting started in the early 1990's) and he replied YES when I asked if I should assume this product contains the BT toxin that causes Morgellons!! He said they haven't tested for purity in a few years. I really appreciated his honesty considering the first person I spoke with (female) the previous week was trying to tell me they were purified to be GMO-free (This is impossible and no lab can guaranteed this! Watch the videos by Jeffrey M Smith or read his work.) Please note: Carlson's current label does NOT say non-GMO and the reason why I phoned them. I shipped these back to iHerb and got some IPP (ID Protected) lecithin instead which is guaranteed to be GMO-free. Buyer beware!

Almost perfect, but a little mishap

Pretty huge, packed bottle - a few cracked capsules which made a real mess. Otherwise ideal and good value

Phosphatidyl choline helps support good nerve function, and is necessary in the way of good memory.
I-Herb is number one!

Although the capsules are slightly larger than the Now capsules, they provide alot more of the phosphatidyl Choline with less calories and at a cheaper price. Shame the soy may be derived from Gmo

So, you know it's safe! Nervous system seems better attuned and alert.
