The chocolate seemed a bit stale and a note for the manufacturer- in warm climates, ants are a problem, and so is heat. The package isn't air tight which means ants can easily crawl under the foil and into the chocolate. My box arrived full of ants from this chocolate. This is also a problem since iherb will ship soaps, body products, etc. in the same box with foods. The packaging for the chocolate could be improved. I did try the chocolate and thought it could be quite good but it was a bit of a turn off having the ants. Plus, this chocolate was nearly half-melted and then hardened again before arrival. I've tried some of their other chocolates with no problem.

This chocolate bar was terrible, it was all dried up, looked white in color, really upsetting when you are craving chocolate and you open up the package to find what I did!
