This product has some excellent reviews on the internet, and it was on the back of these reviews that I decided to give this a try, having taken a break from USP Labs Jack3D. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of (a lot) of money for me. I felt absolutely no increase in energy or stamina when swimming. I felt like a cup of coffee would have been more effective.
