I would prefer if iherb had a professional brand of this available, but I'm liking this okay. The greens is a nice touch. Boron did some really great things for my sex drive, which is totally beside the point of why I was taking it. Nice side effect, though. ;)

I've read that food based boron is body ready for bone health. I'm postmenopausal no osteoporosis yet so I hope this along with strontium,calcium,mk7,magnesium etc. healthy diet and exercise will help me age with dignity and strong bones.

Great boron supplement because of the organic blend it comes in. Bonus nutrition that is not in other boron supplements.

Boron by itself

It is difficult to find boron that is not combined with other minerals. this one is good, it is easy to break in half if you only need 3mg. I generally take 3mg. of the boron along with some related bone minerals such as magnesium, D, etc. I've heard many good things about boron, it does not have a dramatic effect- but over time the boron really does its job.
