The P.M. formula contains fruit juices and pomegranate extract. Any doctor that knew anything about fighting yeast-candida told me to stay away from fruits,let alone concentrates of such which juices and extracts are. If you can tolerate fruits, it may work well for you. J.J. New Jersey
