Used every day for years. I believe it's been beneficial in a variety of ways: lowered blood pressure, improved resistance to disease, better circulation. I use it as an antioxidant, and as such it's quite powerful, increasing the amount of time in the sun before burning, reducing bruising after injury, lessening the effects of second-hand smoke (a few hours at a party doesn't leave me coughing the next morning). Thank goodness for Iherb! I believe that nutritional supplements saved my life. I've tried a lot of products, and I know what works and what doesn't. My reviews are honest, straighforward, and based on my experience. Read my other reviews to quickly learn from my three decades of research and experimentation.
