I initially found this product at Whole Foods - both my husband and I have been taking it for over a year and had fantastic results with it - it truly does help stress, it is most noticeable in being able to get sleep while immensely stressed. It just helps the body stay in a more healthy state. It has scientifically proven supplement combination. I just found out that Whole Foods stopped carrying it and immediately tried to find it at iherb - strangely enough it did not come up under "stress formulations" search, I had to remember the exact name. I cannot recommend this product highly enough, the price on iherb is phenomenal as well. Due to its B12 (and amazingly enough it does not disturb sleep as an 'energy B' due to its excellent formulation) content this formula is also excellent for those on acid blockers. Julie
