For use on my skin, I found that it can be a bit heavy and so needs to be applied rather sparingly. Other than that, it works really well at moisturising my skin. A little bit pricey, but I find that my bottle lasts for a few months.

Great for hair

I have fine, frizzy hair (what a combo!), and I like adding about teaspoon of this stuff to my conditioner. I find it helps make my hair a bit shinier/less frizzy. As a moisturizer, I'm not so crazy about this stuff, but after reading some of these reviews I'm considering adding some to my moisturizer.
