Brilliant for liver detoxing, anti oxidant, hangovers. Take it together with NAC, CoQ10, ALCAR for best benefits. Can be taken with water soluble supplements as well as fat soluble ones. Very versatile!

Haven't really noticed any benefits, I was taking 3 a day but after a week or so I started to become really tired through out the day so now i'm just taking one.
