Lutein 20mg

Posted by Reviewer1217020 on Mar 18, 2011

just started recently. Too early to tell of any effects. A very good high dose and it contains the pure 'floraglow' lutein which is important. I take one at night time. I have diabetic related eye problems and i hope this will help with reducing glare.

It's a good brand. I'm taking this to prevent macular degeneration. I'm 56 so now is the time to do prevention for eyes.

Great stuff! Surprised by how quickly and well this really works for my eyes

Posted by Reviewer1199775 on Oct 10, 2011

I only take two 20mg capsules per week, as free lutein is fat-soluble and stored in the body. However, positive effects set in within only a few days. Shipping took 5 weeks, again. But since free Lutein supplements cost 4-5 times as much in the domestic market, I really appreciate the product range and prices at iherb!

Keeping old eyes young.

Antioxidants were recommended by my eye doctor, especially Lutein and Zeaxanthin. I do like Doctor's Best products so this one was an obvious choice.
