The product helps clear the lungs and the sinuses which will affect breathing positively. helps the blood circulation in the extremities. helps relax the blood vessels. It might cause a mild headache when the recommended dose is exceeded. These are immediate effects you can feel from the first day. I however have not used it long enough to report on long term benefits. I've had great results with this helping sinus congestion. Last time I ordered it was out of stock so I tried the Source Naturals brand, which did not work at all.

This product is basically Red Wine Extract but it is found listed as a best seller in the Resveratrol category. Containing a mere 5% red wine trans-resveratrol in a 60mg per capsule, I think this product should not be in the Resveratrol category at all. I hope iHerb will take note of this. However recently Dr Best has come up with another product with 100 mg Trans Resveratrol. That's more like it.

Taking 3 of these capsules a day is the equivalent of taking one of the very expensive Resveratrol product made in Spain. People only look at content in mg and do not understand Resveratrol from French Red grape is a lot better than Polygum Cuspidatum root extract (that does not have the same benefits at all) contained in most Resveratrol supplements. An easy shortcut producers use to boost the content in mg. My smaller circulation has improved dramatically with this. My Doctor was astonished at the results. Great value for price. Unbeatable

I've bought many many supplements from iHerb so I've never written a review for a single supplement because I simply cannot credit a single/group of supplements to which I've gained benefits to. That aside, I decided to add this capsule to my regular supplement regime one day (added nothing new aside from this one) and I woke up at 3am in the middle of the night with this extremely bloated stomach and I was in the worst sort of pain imaginable. My stomach felt so damn acidic. I felt like it was some sort of acidic volcano in there and I wanted to cut my stomach open to relieve the pain. I couldn't vomit either. In the end, I forced myself to vomit which immediately brought some relief to my stomach but had to continue inducing vomit to calm my stomach down. I've hardly had alcohol which is why I chose to buy this supplement so I could gain the benefits without having to drink it. I'm not sure if it's because of my low tolerance to alcohol or if it's this supplement... I tried it one more time and my stomach felt very painful but not to the point of needing to vomit out an acid pool.. But I'm too afraid to finish what I have left (88 caps wasted!). I'm thinking I'll try a resveratrol supplement next.. I bought this because it was cheap and look at all the good reviews! So it must work well for a lot of people. But just a heads up for anyone who wants to buy this..
