Funny thing is, I don't feel any different when I take it, but when I reflect back on my day, I notice there've been fewer conflicts with my husband, kids, etc.

I think it is helping to settle nerves, calm the mind, I can't say it exactly but I do feel different. 5mg twice a day seems to be the right dose. I felt 3 times daily was too much.

I am 157 lbs and after guinea pigging myself I found that if I take 5 pills a day my bipo is much more alleviated compared to no meds and prescribed meds(dival., seroquel, etc...). It saves some cash and I take 1 less pill a day as oppposed to the main competitor's (Advanced nutrition) 6 due to lower Li levels.

I got a lot of help from this supplement but my medical doctor's requested I stop taking it because I was on a beta blocker and the two conflicted. I was also told that I would need constant blood tests if I took a lithium salt. I reluctantly stopped taking the supplement. Apparently it conflicts with ace inhibitors and beta blockers. When I did take it it was great. I was able to accomplish things and I felt myself again.

Just recently began using this product for mild depression that I have since figthing Lyme Disease. I have seen a difference since I began taking it. I only take 5mg a day. N
