When I found that my old supplier for this product had discontinued it, I quickly did a search. I was pleased to find this at I-Herb. The price was right to buy a year's supply, the shipping was quick. Thank you for offering this simple product that keeps my mood swings in control.

Excellent product. I purchased this for my 17 year old daughter who has been trying to give up her addiction to Marjiuana and has suffered from rage attacks and severe irritability. Her mood has completely evened out and she no longer suffers with irritability. Which means we all no longer suffer from her irritability. I am so pleased to have found this product on iherb

Been using for about two months now, one month at 1 tablet/day, now 2/day (one am, one pm). I think it makes me calmer and less affected by stress, without the chemical-lobotomy feeling SSRIs produce. I have >10 yrs experience using various SSRIs. BTW I ceased using SSRIs about a year ago, very gradually, and I'm very glad I did.

1 a day is perfect. I increased to 3 per day for a while thinking it would be better, but wasn't, I became more anxious and very lethargic. As soon as I dropped back to one a day, I felt great again. These have helped with anxiety and some symptoms associated with it. My anxiety just feels a bit easier to control now.
