Great for androgenic alopecia in women (along with zinc, ashwagandha & black cohosh) + avoid sugar. Paradise one is also good but this one is much better value. Also works as an energy tonic, having an overall strengthening effect. Good for prostate health along with nettle seed extract.

This is a dry powder extract and has high activity. I take it with a small spoon of plain yogurt to aid in it digestion or with meals. I would have preferred it being in an olive oil base. Maybe we can convice the producer to make it into a gel capsule.
