Contains Na-RALA. It is a stablized form of RLA that won't degrade at high temperatures, and is more bioavailable than regular RLA and has no solvent residues.

Alpha Lipoic has taken the numbness I had in my food due to nerve pinching. I just started using this one verses the regular one that I take 4 per day, this one is 2. I'll let you know..

what else can i say that already hasn't been said about this wonder anti-ox. stick with the R-LipoIc stuff. even more incredible when teamed with coQ10 and acetyl L carnitine

This product, unlike many other Doctor's Best products, does seem to work, i.e. my body senses some benefit. Trying this vs. the sustained ALA from Jarrow, I think the R-LA is actually a bit better.
