The Inflame Away Celadrin is a much stronger dose and was more affective. With Doctor's best, it said to take one a day. The Inflame Away told you to take 2 calsules about 30 min. before breakfast. They are more affective and eleviated more pain which made mobility easier.

These capsules contain a powdered form of this product. I had previously purchased another brand in which the capsules contain more of a gel/paste consistency. I use the product topically, so this didn't work for me. It may not be fair to only give it a 3 star rating, but for my use, it wasn't practical.

Hopefully the product will help my knee problem. Cheaper to buy Celadrin from USA than UK, however excessive customs charges on delivery in UK bump the cost up.Don't recall any indication on site of customs charges applicable to delivery in UK!
